Nutritionally dense, refined sugar free, macro friendly meals prepared fresh.

2 Meals per day (Monday- Saturday inclusive)

All meals will contain a minimum nutritional value of 30g of Protein.

Meals can be collected twice per week from the following areas:

South Belfast, East Belfast & Ballymena.

Monday - Containing meals for Mon, Tues, Wed.

Thursday - Containing meals for Thurs, Fri, Sat.

Day 1

Lunch - Italian Chicken & Orzo Salad

Dinner - Roasted Parmesan Chicken with Garlic & Herb Potatoes

Day 2

Lunch- Asian Turkey Bowl

Dinner- Curried Chicken with Basmati Rice

Day 3

Lunch - Beef Goulash 

Dinner- Cajun Turkey Steak served with Wild Rice and Pineapple & Mango Salsa

Day 4 

Lunch - Chicken & Spinach Pasta

Dinner - Chargrilled Chicken, Pea & Mint Mash and a Asparagus Cream 

Day 5

Lunch - Chopped Blackened Chicken Salad

Dinner - Chicken Ensaladas with Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

Day 6 

Lunch - Chicken, Mushroom & Cauliflower Rice

Dinner - Beef Ragu, Mediterranean Vegetables and Polenta Mash
